This is and was one of my favorite songs of all time.

I loved it. It was a moment of reckless magic and unbridle possibility in my childhood… it still reminds me of that slightly unhinged feeling of separation from reality and possibility.

Knowing one of my favorite songs ever is being used for marketing… well it isn’t surprising. But this is my message to them. This is all I can think of. You’ll be hearing from my lawyers. It might not be as bad as the Nick Drake fiasco, and you still haven’t used any of the genius stuff from Disney’s Robin Hood:

But there is only one thing to say to these people exploiting the emotional ties we have we cherished moments of pop culture history….. you lose. Losers. Losing is for losers. Count this one as a nonsensical ramble.
